Descripción:4-Aminophenyl acetate HCl is a synthetic chemical that has been shown to have anticancer activity. It inhibits the growth of cancer cells in vitro and in vivo, with efficacy against a wide range of tumor types. 4-Aminophenyl acetate HCl is also an inhibitor of the shikimate pathway, which is essential for the synthesis of aromatic amino acids such as phenylalanine and tyrosine, and pro-inflammatory cytokines such as IL-6 and TNFα. 4-Aminophenyl acetate HCl has pharmacokinetic properties that are dose dependent; it exhibits low bioavailability and high clearance rates. This drug also possesses pharmacological treatment properties that inhibit the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines.
