Descripción:Anti Basic-FGF (1-9) is a peptide that has been shown to inhibit the growth of cancer cells in vitro. It is an activator of the receptor tyrosine kinase FGF receptor and has been used as a research tool for studying the interactions between proteins. The antibody against Anti Basic-FGF (1-9) can be used in immunohistochemistry and Western blot analysis to identify this peptide in tissue samples. This peptide is also an inhibitor of the ion channel protein, TRPM4, and has been shown to block its activity at low concentrations.
