Descripción:N2-Carbamoylthreonyl-2'-deoxyguanosine is a phosphoramidite monophosphate that is used in the synthesis of DNA. It has antiviral and anticancer properties. N2-Carbamoylthreonyl-2'-deoxyguanosine is synthesized by modifying the nucleoside thymidine, which contains a 2'-deoxyribose sugar and an amino sugar, with carbamate linkages at the 2' position. This modification stabilizes the sugar moiety, preventing it from undergoing hydrolysis to form ribose and deoxyribose. The stability of the modified nucleoside allows for increased solubility in aqueous solution and increased resistance to degradation by nucleases.
