Descripción:2’-Deoxy-8-methoxyadenosine is a synthetic nucleoside that is structurally similar to the natural nucleosides adenosine and cytidine. It can be used for antiviral and anticancer purposes, as well as in the treatment of HIV/AIDS by inhibiting viral replication. This compound has been shown to activate the immune system, stimulate the production of cytokines, and inhibit tumor cell growth. 2’-Deoxy-8-methoxyadenosine is also capable of inducing apoptosis in cancer cells, which may be due to its ability to inhibit DNA synthesis and protein synthesis.
