2’-Deoxy-2’-fluoroguanosine 5’-monophosphate triethyl ammonium is a modified nucleotide that inhibits the replication of DNA by blocking the activity of the enzyme ribonuclease (RNase). It has been shown to inhibit the growth of cancer cells and is currently being studied as an anticancer agent. 2'-Deoxy-2'-fluoroguanosine 5'-monophosphate triethyl ammonium has also been shown to have antiviral properties against herpes simplex virus type 1. The compound is a synthetic nucleoside phosphoramidite with high purity and quality, which can be used for synthesis of oligonucleotides and ribonucleosides.
