Descripción:Acid Blue 324 is an analog of Linezolid, a kinase inhibitor that has been shown to induce apoptosis in human cancer cells. This compound exhibits potent anticancer activity against various types of tumors, including Chinese hamster lung fibroblasts and human ovarian cancer cells. Acid Blue 324 inhibits several kinases involved in the regulation of cell growth and survival, including protein kinase C (PKC), mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK), and phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K). It has also been found to be effective against several cancer cell lines, including those resistant to other anticancer agents. Acid Blue 324 is excreted mainly in urine after administration and has shown promising results as a potential anticancer agent.
