Descripción:ORM-10962 is a potent inhibitor of human kinases that has been shown to be effective against a variety of cancer cell lines. It inhibits the activity of several kinases, including quetiapine and somatostatin, which are involved in tumor growth and proliferation. ORM-10962 induces apoptosis in cancer cells by blocking the kinase activity required for cell survival. This analog has been shown to inhibit the growth of Chinese hamster ovary cells in vitro and to reduce tumor size in vivo. ORM-10962 has also been found to inhibit hyaluronan synthesis, which is involved in cancer cell migration and invasion. In addition, ORM-10962 has potential as a biomarker for cancer diagnosis due to its presence in urine samples from cancer patients.
