MMAF-OMe is a conjugate of monomethyl auristatin F and oligo-lysine. It is a potent anticancer drug that targets cancer cells by binding to the antigen, which is found on the surface of cancer cells. MMAF-OMe binds to the antigen and initiates a series of reactions that leads to cell death. MMAF-OMe has been shown to be effective in treating several cancers, including colon cancer and breast cancer. This drug has also been shown to be functional in inhibiting tumour growth in mice without side effects.
