Descripción:LNA-guanosine 3'-CE phosphoramidite is a novel, high purity, activated nucleoside. It is an anti-cancer and antiviral agent that is synthetically modified to include a phosphate group at the 3' position of the sugar moiety. This modification prevents viral inhibition by inhibiting viral DNA synthesis. LNA-guanosine 3'-CE phosphoramidite is also used as an anticancer agent due to its ability to inhibit ribonucleotide reductase and diphosphate reductase, which are enzymes required for DNA synthesis.
