Descripción:BI-1347 is a small molecule that has been shown to be effective in the treatment of leukemia cells and bowel disease. It is a potent inhibitor of the intracellular protein tyrosine phosphatase, which regulates the activation of various growth factors. BI-1347 has also been shown to stimulate epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) signaling, leading to increased epidermal growth. This drug has also been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties in animal models for inflammatory bowel disease by inhibiting cytokines that promote inflammation. BI-1347 may be used for cancer prevention or treatment as it inhibits tumor cell proliferation and induces apoptosis.
