HTH-01-015 is a protein that was originally found in the mitochondria and has been shown to have inhibitory properties towards cancer cells. HTH-01-015 is synthesized by ribosomes and inhibits apoptosis pathway signaling by binding to growth factor-β1. HTH-01-015 has been shown to inhibit the proliferation of cancer cell lines and has been used as a model system for mitochondrial membrane potential, ribosome synthesis, growth factor-β1, apoptosis pathway, molecular pathogenesis, and physiological function.
