• Descripción: p-Topolin riboside-5'-monophosphate sodium salt is a novel modified nucleotide, which is an activator of the RNA polymerase I and III. It has been shown to be an effective antiviral agent, by inhibiting the synthesis of viral DNA and RNA. p-Topolin riboside-5'-monophosphate sodium salt also inhibits the growth of cancer cells in vitro and in vivo. This drug has been shown to inhibit tumor growth by targeting regulatory proteins that control cell proliferation, such as cyclin D1, CDK4, and CDK6.
