Descripción:Oligogalactosyllactose is a polysaccharide made from galactose and glucose. Oligogalactosyllactose has been shown to have an inhibitory effect on the growth of Staphylococcus aureus strains. Oligogalactosyllactose also has anti-inflammatory properties, which may be due to its ability to bind to free fatty acids and reduce the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines. This dietary ingredient is found in inulin, which is a type of carbohydrate that can be found in some vegetables. Oligogalactosyllactose is composed of short chains of sugar molecules, making it easier for the body to absorb. It is also more readily metabolized by bacteria in the gut than other types of carbohydrates like celluloses or starches.
