Pseudoginsenoside Rh2 is a saponin isolated from the roots of Panax notoginseng that has been shown to have anticancer effects in vitro. It is metabolized by catalysis and acetylation, which produces product ions with molecular weights of m/z 462.5 and m/z 565.5 respectively. The pseudoginsenoside Rh2 metabolites are also found as monomers or dimers, with the most abundant form being the dimer at a ratio of 1:1. Pseudoginsenoside Rh2 has been shown to have anticancer effects in vitro, including anti-proliferation and anti-metastasis activities, but its mechanism of action is unclear.
