8-Aza-7-deaza-2'-deoxy-N2-DMF-5'-O-DMT-guanosine 3'-CE phosphoramidite is a novel monophosphate derivative of 2' deoxyN2,8-diaminofluorene 5'-O-(4,4′-dimethoxytrityl) guanosine. It can be used as an activator in DNA synthesis or as a precursor for the synthesis of other modified purines and pyrimidines. This compound has been shown to have anticancer activity in mice.
