Información del producto
- Phenyl-pentamethyl-disiloxane
Pentamethyl-3-phenyldisiloxane is a silicon compound that is used in the diagnosis of diseases. It is used for sample preparation and dissociates in water without the presence of other solvents. Pentamethyl-3-phenyldisiloxane has been shown to be resistant to nucleophilic attack by nature, but can be protonated with acid. This chemical has an unsaturated alkyl group and as such is not symmetrical. Unsymmetrical molecules are less stable than symmetrical molecules. This compound is also used in silicone products, which are inert and resistant to radiation and temperature changes.
