Descripción:ANP (Human, 5-27) is a native peptide amino acid sequence that is found in the human body. It is also known as Atrial Natriuretic Peptide and is a ligand for the ANP receptor. ANP (Human, 5-27) has been shown to activate the receptor by binding with it and thus stimulate the production of cyclic guanosine monophosphate. This substance has been used as a research tool for pharmacology and cell biology studies because of its potential to inhibit or stimulate protein synthesis, depending on its concentration. It has also been used to produce antibodies against it.
