Descripción:
4,4-Dimethoxybutan-2-ol is a hydrazone that can be used as a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) stationary phase. It has been shown to have high reproducibility and linearity in the analysis of hydroxyaldehydes. 4,4-Dimethoxybutan-2-ol has also been successfully used as an analytical column for the separation of structural isomers. The short chain length of the molecule makes it suitable for use with HPLC systems designed for small molecules.
