BVT.948 is a pharmaceutical drug that belongs to the class of specific agonists. It is used in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic lymphocytic leukemia. BVT.948 has vasodilatory effects and can inhibit insulin sensitivity, which may be due to its ability to inhibit the regulatory domain of growth factor receptors. This drug also inhibits phosphatase activity and has been shown to increase insulin sensitivity by suppressing phosphatase activity. BVT.948 has been shown to inhibit the production of inflammatory cytokines, such as IL-6 and IL-8, in response to activation of toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4).
