Descripción:TMP195 is a small molecule that inhibits the acetylation of histone H3 at lysine 9 (H3K9) and histone H4 at lysine 12 (H4K12). TMP195 has been shown to reduce the growth of metastatic colorectal cancer cells in vivo. It also inhibits tumor growth by decreasing the expression of colony-stimulating factor, which is involved in cell proliferation and differentiation. TMP195 may be used as a therapeutic agent for the treatment of cancers such as breast, lung, prostate, colon, and pancreas.
