5'-O-DMT-N2-isopropylphenoxyacetyl-2'-O-(2-methoxyethyl)guanosine 3'-O succinate TEA salt is a modified nucleoside with anticancer activity. It is a diphosphate that can be used for the synthesis of DNA and RNA. This product is synthesized by the reaction of 5'-O-dimethoxytritylthymidine (5'-DMTT), 2'-O-(2-methoxyethyl)hydroxylamine hydrochloride, and succinic anhydride in the presence of triethylamine.
