Descripción:1H-Pyrrole-2-acetamide (1HPA) is a pyrrole derivative that inhibits the synthesis of viral proteins by binding to the amino acid derivatives that are used for this purpose. It has been shown to have a significant effect on HIV replication in cells from patients with AIDS, but not on healthy cells. 1HPA also has an inhibitory effect on the electron transport system and can lead to nerve damage, which may be due to its ability to bind to and inhibit enzymes in the nervous system. 1HPA does not have any effect on human immunodeficiency virus type 2 (HIV-2).
