Descripción:SGN-2FF is a small molecule inhibitor that blocks the activity of the protein target. It binds to glycan residues in the protein's binding site, preventing it from interacting with its target. SGN-2FF inhibits cell proliferation by interfering with the binding of a receptor to its natural ligand. This inhibition leads to decreased levels of intracellular signaling molecules, which are important for cell growth and survival. SGN-2FF has been shown to be effective against mouse tumor cells and human immunoglobulin G (IgG) monoclonal antibodies (mAbs).
SGN-2FF has also been shown to be more potent than other chemical inhibitors of this protein target, such as GlycoMab and GlycoMab-3.
