Descripción:ENMD-1198 is a novel analog of the naturally occurring molecule endostatin. It has been shown to inhibit endothelial cell proliferation in vitro, but it is not yet known whether this effect will translate to clinical efficacy. ENMD-1198 is currently undergoing phase I and II clinical trials for the treatment of breast cancer, prostate cancer, and other cancers. The drug has been shown to be well tolerated at doses up to 10 mg/kg, with no significant adverse reactions reported.
