Descripción:4-(Aminomethyl)-N,N-diethyl-2-fluoroaniline is a ligand that binds to ion channels and is used as a research tool in cell biology and pharmacology. 4-(Aminomethyl)-N,N-diethyl-2-fluoroaniline has been shown to activate the nicotinic acetylcholine receptor by binding to it. The activation of this receptor leads to an increase in the release of neurotransmitters such as acetylcholine and dopamine, which can be observed using electrophysiological techniques. This compound has also been shown to inhibit the phosphorylation of protein kinase A (PKA) by inhibiting the activity of protein kinase C (PKC).
