Descripción:Urinary Trypsin Inhibitor-Ulinastatin Human is a protein that is found in human urine. This protein was originally identified as an autoantigen in patients with the tripartite syndrome, which consists of nephrotic syndrome, skin lesions and lymphocytic infiltration. The protein is also found to be involved in the development of type 1 diabetes and other autoimmune disorders. Urinary Trypsin Inhibitor-Ulinastatin Human may be a ribonucleoprotein or a proteinase inhibitor. It has been shown to inhibit trypsin activity on Escherichia coli cells.
