BMS 509744 has been shown to be effective in inhibiting cancer cells, with a particular focus on T-cell lymphomas. The drug also inhibits inflammation by inhibiting toll-like receptor. This drug has been shown to have an effective dose of 10mg in animal studies and is currently undergoing clinical trials for use against inflammatory diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis and psoriasis.
