Descripción:1-Chloro-2-fluoro-4-methoxy-5-nitrobenzene is a factor receptor inhibitor that belongs to the class of inhibitors of the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR). It has been shown to inhibit the growth of non-small cell lung cancer cells. 1-Chloro-2-fluoro-4-methoxy-5-nitrobenzene inhibits EGFR and prevents it from binding to its ligands, including epidermal growth factor and transforming growth factor alpha. This inhibition prevents activation of the tyrosine kinase domain, which is an enzyme that plays a key role in many cellular processes, such as cell proliferation. 1-Chloro-2-fluoro-4 methoxy 5 nitrobenzene has also been shown to be effective for treating skin disorders caused by excessive keratin production.
