Descripción:AM 4113 is a fatty acid that can be found in the brain of mice. It is a neutral antagonist to cannabinoid receptors, and has shown to have antidepressant effects. AM 4113 binds to the CB1 receptor, which is responsible for mediating the psychoactive effects of cannabinoids. This compound also has been shown to have anxiolytic-like effects in mice, as well as an increase in locomotor activity.
