Tris(4'-carboxy-1,1'-biphenyl)amine is a synthetic antibiotic and antiviral agent that has been shown to have strong anti-parasitic and anti-fungal properties. It is also used as a microbe growth inhibitor in the manufacture of antibiotics, vaccines, and other pharmaceuticals. Tris(4'-carboxy-1,1'-biphenyl)amine has also been shown to inhibit the synthesis of viral RNA by interfering with the activity of reverse transcriptase. Tris(4'-carboxy-1,1'-biphenyl)amine is available in high purity and can be used for research purposes.
