Descripción:Zirconyl chloride hydrate is a monoclonal antibody that binds to human IgE constant region. Zirconyl chloride hydrate has been shown to be an effective treatment in women with allergic rhinitis and chronic sinusitis. It is also used as an adjuvant therapy for asthma, where it prevents the release of histamine from mast cells by binding to IgE. Zirconyl chloride hydrate can be made into a particle formulation that can be delivered through inhalation or injection into the body, depending on the needs of the patient. This drug has high transport properties and is not affected by changes in pH or temperature. Zirconyl chloride hydrate has a crystalline structure and can react with hydrochloric acid to form zirconium oxide, which is insoluble in water.
