Descripción:CTA 056 is an inhibitor of the ubiquitin proteasome that has been shown to suppress the expression of suppressor genes. It has been shown to inhibit the proliferation of estrogen receptor-positive breast cancer cells. CTA 056 also inhibits the proliferation of T-cell lymphomas, specifically in vitro and in vivo models. This drug targets a molecule that is important for cell cycle regulation, CDK4/6, by binding to it and inhibiting its activity. In addition, CTA 056 binds to other molecules such as protein kinases and may have potential as a molecular target for new cancer drugs.
