Descripción:Oxazepam-d5 solution is a dry extract of the drug oxazepam. The sample preparation for analysis is typically performed by a chromatographic method. Spectrometric detection is used to determine the amount of oxazepam-d5 in urine samples and wastewater treatment samples. In this technique, chemical ionization is used to generate a positive or negative charge on the analyte that can be detected using an electron multiplier. Oxazepam-d5 solution has been shown to react with triazolam and lorazepam in multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) experiments. MRM allows for the simultaneous determination of two or more substances within a single analytical run, which reduces the time needed for analysis.
