Descripción:MK 571 is a drug that inhibits the ATP-binding cassette (ABC) transporter. MK 571 has been shown to inhibit leukotriene production in hl-60 cells and increase ATP release from myocardial infarcted hearts. It also inhibits the activity of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and has been shown to have synergistic effects with other chemotherapeutic agents in cancer treatment.
