Descripción:PF-4981517 is a potent and selective inhibitor of human cytochrome P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) and CYP3A5. It has been shown to inhibit CYP3A4, CYP3A5, and other drug metabolizing enzymes in both humans and animal models. PF-4981517 inhibits renal cell cancer in vivo by inhibiting the transcriptional activation of gene markers associated with tumorigenesis. This agent also inhibits the expression of nuclear receptors that are involved in inflammatory processes and carcinogenesis. PF-4981517 potently inhibits the activity of a number of human cytochrome P450 enzymes, including CYP2C9, CYP2C19, CYP1A2, and CYP2D6.
