Descripción:Diptoindonesin G is a peptide that is an activator of the dipeptidyl peptidase-4 receptor. It binds to the receptor and inhibits the breakdown of the incretin hormones, which regulate blood glucose levels. This drug has been shown to be a potent inhibitor of ion channels, such as Na+ and Ca2+, in addition to being an antibody binding site for human IgG. Diptoindonesin G is also found to be a ligand for the angiotensin II type 1 receptor, which plays a role in regulating blood pressure and fluid balance.
