Información del producto
- 3-(Diphenylphosphanyl)Propan-1-Amine
- (3-Aminopropyl)Diphenylphosphine
3-(Diphenylphosphino)-1-propylamine is a synthetic, irreversible oxidation agent that can be used to activate the cytosolic Ca2+ ionophore. 3-(Diphenylphosphino)-1-propylamine has been shown to react with carbon sources such as glucose and release hydrogen peroxide. The molecule is able to reversibly bind with palladium complexes, forming a reversible coordination geometry. The phenyl groups on 3-(diphenylphosphino)-1-propylamine are coordinated to the metal through the nitrogen atom in the amine group and two phosphines.
3-(Diphenylphosphino)-1-propylamine has an electrochemical behavior that can be studied by cyclic voltammetry and nmr spectroscopy. This chemical has been shown to have a high affinity for calcium ions in its extracellular form, which makes it useful for activating calcium ion
