NCT-503 is a small molecule that inhibits the growth of cancer cells by inhibiting the production of epidermal growth factor. It has been shown to have proapoptotic activity, which is due to its ability to inhibit the activation of protein kinases and induce apoptosis. NCT-503 has also been shown to have chemotherapeutic efficacy in cell culture studies, and it is currently being studied as a potential treatment for sarcoma. This drug inhibits cellular growth by blocking the function of epidermal growth factor receptors.
