Fmoc-Glu(OtBu)-Rink-Amide MBHA Resin is a high purity, ion channel ligand that is used in research as a pharmacological tool. It is an activator of Kv1.3 channels and inhibits the function of Kv1.2 channels. This product can be used for the study of protein interactions and receptor pharmacology. Fmoc-Glu(OtBu)-Rink-Amide MBHA Resin also has been found to inhibit the binding of antibodies to cells and can be used for immunoprecipitation experiments.
