This resin has been shown to be useful for the synthesis of N-terminal thiol building blocks such as H-Val(OMe)-2,4,6-ClTrt and H-Val(OSiMe3)-2,4,6-ClTrt. The resin has also been shown to be effective for the synthesis of C terminal alcohols such as H-(CH2)4OH.
