Descripción:Rac-4,5-dehydro pregabalin is a racemic mixture of 4,5-dihydro-Pregabalin. Rac-4,5-dehydro pregabalin is an experimental drug that has been shown to have analgesic properties in animal models. Rac-4,5-dehydro pregabalin is soluble in methanol and ethanol and can be isolated by preparative high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). It can also be used as a marker to monitor the progress of purification. The optimal flow rate for rac-4,5-dehydro pregabalin is 0.2 mL/min at a wavelength of 220 nm using the C18 column with the mobile phase acetonitrile:water (80:20 v/v) at a pH of 3.
