Información del producto
1,8-Bis(diphenylphosphinyl)naphthalene (BDPN) is a molecular oxygen trap that has been used in several studies to study the effect of molecular oxygen on the crystal structure of materials. The x-ray crystal structure and elemental analysis of BDPN have been determined. It has also been shown that BDPN exhibits strong sulfur binding properties due to its sulfide ligands. Crystal structure analyses have revealed the geometries and strains in BDPN, which can be explained by spectroscopy measurements. These results indicate that BDPN is an effective molecular oxygen trap for use in catalytic reactions.
