• Descripción: GSK3326595 is a potent and selective inhibitor of CDK4/6. It has been shown to inhibit the proliferation of cancer cells, including breast, prostate, lung and pancreatic cancers. GSK3326595 inhibits the activity of CDK4 and CDK6 by binding to the ATP-binding site on these kinases. This inhibition leads to decreased levels of phosphorylation of RB1 at Ser807 and Ser811, which in turn activates p53 protein. The activation of p53 protein leads to induction of apoptosis in cancer cells.
