Descripción:Caylin-2 is a peptide that interacts with the ion channel TRPC1, which is a member of the transient receptor potential (TRP) family of ion channels. Caylin-2 is an activator of TRPC1 and may be useful in treating pain conditions such as neuropathic pain. Caylin-2 binds to TRPC1 and activates it by increasing calcium influx into cells.
