Descripción:Abz-Gly-Phe(NO2)-Pro-OH is a peptide that has been shown to have antihypertensive activity. It also has radical scavenging properties, and it can be used as an amino acid composition marker. Abz-Gly-Phe(NO2)-Pro-OH has been shown to inhibit the growth of faecalis and subtilis, which are both Gram positive bacteria. The peptide has also been shown to have inhibitory properties against proteolytic enzymes from bovine casein, human serum and rat blood pressure.
