Descripción:JT010 is a mitochondrial membrane depolarizing agent that belongs to the class of active substances. JT010 has been shown to produce pain relief in animal models of acute and chronic pain. JT010 has also been shown to inhibit activation of voltage-gated sodium channels in human neurons and reduce intracellular calcium levels. The effects of JT010 on the mitochondria may be due to its ability to induce mitochondrial membrane depolarization and prevent ATP synthesis. These effects may lead to improved nerve function, decreased inflammation, and reduced production of reactive oxygen species (ROS).
