IRAK inhibitor 6 is a kinase inhibitor that has been shown to be effective in both pre-clinical and clinical trials for cancer therapy. This inhibition prevents the phosphorylation of proteins, which is required for their function. The inhibition of protein kinases by IRAK inhibitor 6 results in a decrease in cancer-related genes and an increase in normalizing proteins. In pre-clinical trials, this drug was shown to exhibit low toxicity and significant efficacy against cancers such as prostate cancer, colon cancer, and pancreatic cancer. In clinical trials, it was found to be safe at doses that were up to 10 times higher than the effective dose.
