Descripción:6-Ethynylquinoxaline is a growth factor inhibitor that binds to the type I receptor for the fibroblast growth factor (FGFR1). It binds to FGFR1 and blocks the activation of downstream kinase. 6-Ethynylquinoxaline has been shown to have an inhibitory effect on the proliferation of tumor cells in vitro and in vivo. 6-Ethynylquinoxaline was also shown to be an effective inhibitor of the growth factor β1, which is involved in tumor cell proliferation.
