BS-181 is a drug that belongs to the class of immunomodulators. It is a small molecule with a novel mechanism of action and has been shown to synergize with epidermal growth factor (EGF) to induce the proliferation of T cells, which are important in the immune system. BS-181 has been shown to have tumor-killing activity and can be used for the treatment of cancer xenografts and other tumors in mice.
