Descripción:NAS-181 is a drug that inhibits the voltage-dependent calcium channels. It has been shown to be effective in reducing pain and inflammation from chronic headaches. NAS-181 is a non-selective antagonist of 5-HT1A and 5-HT1B receptors, which are both linked to the transmission of pain signals from the central nervous system. NAS-181 also affects neurotransmission by inhibiting glutamate release in the brain and monoamine neurotransmitters such as dopamine.
